Cheer Tips
i'm a flyer and i have tryouts in a few weeks, any tips?

in preparation, make sure you’re constantly stretching and doing core, leg and arm exercises.  a top’s strength is just as important as the bases’ strength, and makes the stunt go more smoothly!  at the tryout, show off your flexibility, be as solid as you can in the air (squeeze and lock out EVERYTHING), make sure you look confident not scared, and to stand out even more put on some wicked facials!  best of luck :)
